The immediate benefit of this methodology is the identification of new markets associated with a global approach that goes all the way to the setting up of the business plan. This approach is made in an agreed context by the company itself and by the project team. The creativity process involves the R&D Dept. of the company itself, with external technical and scientific experts from Universities and Public Research laboratories, and is animated by a creativity specialist from UBIC, which recruits such experts from amongst its collaborators. This collaboration between the UBIC team, the experts and the company’s own managers has the advantage of providing a multidisciplinary approach that can integrate all the industrial stages starting from the product conception phase right up to the marking action.
